The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) provides Service Animal Training Day. CST invited Puppy Raisers and Clients to provide bus riding training for CST dogs with free rides on OC Bus, including the sights and sounds of Downtown Disney District and Anaheim Garden Walk
